Do you enjoy acting but don't want the worry of learning lines? Then our play reading sessions are what you need! BPLTC has introduced these sessions in conjunction with the show selection team to help us hear how a play sounds when read by enthusiastic actors.
Our next play reading will be
Arsenic & Lace
written by Joseph Kesselring
Storyline - a comedic play about Mortimer Brewster, a dramatic critic who discovers his sweet elderly aunts, Abby and Martha, are serial killers. They poison lonely old men and hide the bodies in the cellar. Meanwhile Mortimer's homicidal brother Jonathan, along with plastic surgeon Dr Einstein, arrive, complicating matters with their own dark deeds and creating a chaotic situation for Mortimer as he tries to manage the madness and protect his aunts.
